Hot Yoga Sculpt MEETS Slam Ball! Intense focus on total body!
HOT YOGA SCULPT W/ ASSISTED PULL-UPS
This class incorporates the benefits of a regular Hot Yoga Sculpt class with some added arms on our pull-up bars. Everyone will get an athletic band to assist them with their pull-up reps!
THE HOT MIX
This is a combination of Hot Yoga Sculpt, Assisted Pull-ups, jump rope, & Yoga Slam (slam balls).
STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH
This is a Straight Up Strength Class that will just focus on Strength movements. There is no vinyasa flow involved in this 45min workout. Everything will be focused around lifting and power movements.
HOT YOGA SCUPT
Where your workout is combined with your yoga! Focuses on strengthening movements with dumbbells as you flow and perform exercises. You are SURE to SWEAT and feel the intensity of this class through the energy and music!
HOT YOGA SCULPT- EXPRESS
Hot Yoga Sculpt class but offered in 45 min for those of you who want to be in and out in an hour!
HOT POWER VINYASA
This is powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session.
HOT POWER VINYASA W/ RINGS
This is a power vinyasa class incorporating Power and Strength movements with gymnastic rings for added challenges!
